Pestana Amsterdam Riverside

We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, offering a variety of treatments including massages and beauty services. We also loved the sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The only minor issue was the location, as it was a bit further from the city centre than we would have liked. this was easily remedied with a short taxi ride or a pleasant walk along the beautiful river.

The hotel boasts a prime location near all major attractions, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms, though not spacious, have cozy, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Guests can enjoy the rare luxuries of a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool on site.

Some of the facilities, such as the swimming pool and sauna, can be a bit out of the way from some rooms and may require walking through common areas in bathrobes.

Sleek place to stay, it's clean. The rooms are spotless with a bath and the overall experience is excellent. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was OUTSTANDING.

The staff was competent and the service was good, so it was a really good stay. It had a lovely pool and the breakfasts where varied.

We loved the friendly staff and the delicious dinner offered as compensation for our room service issue. The comfortable bed and excellent shower were great. The pool and sauna were never crowded.

The hotel was clean, the room was immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with polite staff and lots of food.

The place was unique, spotlessly clean, had perfect location and staff. The restaurant was good, it had appetising dishes.

Conveniently located near public transport and a variety of restaurants, this hotel offers attentive staff and clean, luxurious spa facilities, including a pool, sauna, and steam room open until midnight. The comfortable bed and large, hot shower provide a relaxing stay, while small touches like a handwritten card and complimentary wine add a personal touch to the experience. A good breakfast is also available.

It was a lovely experience. The staff and location were all good. I got free upgrade and loved it. Excellent pool area too.

The venue is gorgeous and sleek, its location is unbeatable, near to the business centers and the restaurants of Van Wousstraat and Amsterdam. Btw parking is possible on site.

Our midnight room service order got delayed, but the hotel staff more than made up for it by giving us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay.

The facilities at the hotel were great. The spa was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. And the massage that I got was rejuvenating. The staff, especially Roger, were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and even compensated us for a room service issue.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. There weren't many options to choose from and the serving dishes were small, resulting in continuous replenishment and long queues.

The hotel was clean and quiet, with friendly staff and a good breakfast spread. We enjoyed staying in the old house part of the hotel, with its great features and fixtures. It was easy to get around the city using local transportation, and we appreciated the great cafe next door.
